Visitors cannot upload images or other files. There is no upload control on this site. Sample notes were written by us. Until a DMCA designated agent is registered and listed here, that stays true: no visitor files.

Safe harbor is not in place yet

A designated agent has not been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. Without that listing, do not treat this site as having DMCA safe harbor for user uploads. The practical fix, before any upload exists, is to register.

How to register the agent

1. Open the DMCA Designated Agent Directory and create an account for the operator.
2. Name a person or a role who will actually receive notices. Use a physical mailing address, a phone number, and an email that a person reads.
3. Pay the Copyright Office fee. It has been $6. Check the amount on their form the day you file. This page does not take payment.
4. After the listing is live, put the same name, address, phone, and email on this page, and only then consider allowing uploads.
5. Keep the directory entry current. A stale address is a failed registration.
